Pants shrank at least one size down with the first cold wash

After the first cold wash the pants shrank like there was not tomorrow, now instead of a pants I have shorts, cannot use the Gi for what I wanted that was competing with it, and well I’m still waiting for a solution from the customer service. So yeah that was a really bad first experience with this online store.
