If you wish to return one or more items, please:
- Fill in the return form below.
- Return the item(s) unworn & unwashed, with all tags still attached, in the original packaging.
- Return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Return information:
- After receiving your return, we strive to process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.
- BJJ Fightgear does not offer free returns.
- If you would like to exchange an item, we will send the new item to you for free. If there is a second exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
- In order to avoid exchanges due to wrong sizing, we advise you to use the size charts available on our website.
- Exchanges are not available for customers purchasing from outside of the EU.
- For customers purchasing from outside of the EU, we refund the value of the items returned to us, minus the cost of the initial purchase shipment charge.
- When you choose DHL Express as a shipping option, while there is also a standard shipping option available, we only refund the value of the standard shipping option, in case of a refund (EU orders).
