Shipping Information

When you choose for a direct online payment your order will be processed immediately. If you order on work days before 16:00, the order will be send off the same day. If you order after 16:00 or during the weekend, the order will be send off on the first work day that follows. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your Track&Trace code, so that you can trace and follow the package.

If you would choose for manual bank transfer, the order will be send off as soon as the amount is visible on our bank account.

NOTE: To save costs and the environment, we ship your entire order in one go. When you order a product with a longer delivery time, your entire order will be sent as soon as we can send all products.

You will receive a tracking code when the order is shipped out.

For standard shipping we use 2 different shipping companies. Most packages will be shipped by DPD. For some countries we use PostNL for shipping. We also have DHL Express for faster shipping.
In the table below prices are given for DHL Express shipping orders up to 3kg. For heavier orders the price will be higher. You can see the exact shipping prices at the checkout, or you can contact us.

Due to the geographical limitations we only offer free shipping to 4 countries.

Your order will be sent for free at a minimum order price of €99,-.

Only standard shipping options are available for free.
