I took L/XL. There is only one adjustable strap which means that no matter what I try it won’t fit correctly over my ears. Kind of silly that they didn’t think if this, makes me believe they just picked the cheapest option from chinese producers and went with it without testing. Dissappointing for a company that claims to want the best for bjj practitioners
