  1. What size do I need?

To determine the right size, have a look at the tab SIZE CHART on the product page.

Sizes rashguards & spats

In order to determine the right size for rashguards, simply choose the size you would normally go for when wearing a T-shirt. Same trick for spats, choose your normal pants size. Just note that rashguards and spats are both supposed to have a tight fit. So when you have a doubt, our advice is to choose the smallest size.

Sizes Gi’s Men

The sizes for men Gi’s extend from A1 to A5. For some models there exist intermediate sizes, such as A2,5. Sometimes a certain size is fitting in width but ideally you would need a bigger size for the length, worry not, some Gi’s have extra-long sizes in their collection (e.g. A2L). If it would happen to be the other way around, good length but not wide enough, some collections offer extra wide modles (e.g. A2XL) It will always be specified if these sizes are available.

Sizes Gi’s women

Even if the A-sizes can be worn by women, we also offer sizes especially for women. These specially adapted sizes will have a better overall fit and differ in shoulder width from the men sizes. Most brands will have the sizes F1 to F4 but the brand Fuji uses W-sizes (W1-W4). Be aware that these sizes tend to be a bit bigger that the F-sizes and are comparable to the A-sizes in length. 

  1. How can I pay?

At BJJ Fightgear you can choose between different payment methods:

  • Pay with Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Sofort, iDEAL, Bancontact, or Giropay. This is effectuated through our Multisafepay provider.
  • Pay with Paypal. For more information check www.paypal.com.
  • Manual money transfer to our bank account. The order will be dispatched as soon as the amount is received on the account of BJJ Fightgear. You can transfer the sum to:

  1. When is my order being dispatched?

When you choose for a direct online payment your order will be processed immediately. If you order on work days before 16:00, the order will be send off the same day. If you order after 16:00 or during the weekend, the order will be send off on the first work day that follows. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your Track&Trace code, so that you can trace and follow the package.

If you would choose for manual bank transfer, the order will be send off as soon as the amount is visible on our bank account.


  1. When do I receive my order?

Holland and Belgium: 1-2 work days

Germany, France and United Kingdom: 1-3 work days

Rest of Europe: 3-8 work days

World: 5-10 work days


  1. How can I exchange or return my order?

After receiving the BJJ Fightgear products you have a 14 day consideration time. Within this period a product can be returned, but only if the product is a 100% in perfect condition and all labels and tags are still on it.

Please add a note with your name, order number and if relevant the name, colour and size of the product you want instead. Make sure the product is decently packed to avoid damage to the products during transport. We cannot process damaged or lost returns. The shipping is always the responsibility of the sender.

We will process your demand as soon as the package arrives. Our strive is to process your return within 7 work-days. When the returned product has been accepted, the total amount will be transferred back to your account.

The costs of returning the product is on behalf of the client. If you want to exchange a product, we will sent it back to you without any costs. If there is a second exchange, the costs will be at your expense .

In order to avoid exchanges due to wrong sizing, we advise you to use the size charts available on our website.

  1. When is my order sent for free?

  1. How do I use a discount code or gift card?

You can use a reduction code or gift card in “Basket”, after having chosen all of the products you want. In order to do so, click on “Basket” on the right upper side of the webpage. Then go to “View Basket”. On the left side you will then see a grey button saying “I have a discount code”.

When you put in the code, you do well to “copy/paste” it. That way you make sure that no mistakes can occur. Then, hit the button “Add discount code”. A message will appear on your screen saying that the code has been processed successfully and the total amount will be directly recalculated according to the reduction.


  1. To which countries do you ship?

    We ship all across the world! If your country is not available as a shipping destination in our checkout, you can send us an email, and we will add your country.

  2. I am a club owner. Can I get a discount?

  1. I am looking for a product that is not on the site. Could you get it for me?

Are you looking for a product that is not available in our web shop? Please send your request per email and we will try ordering it for you. We will send an email notifying you as soon as we get the product.


  1. A product is not in stock in my size. When will it be available again?

On the product page you can find a button “notifications”. This way you receive a message when the product is back in stock. Check our Facebook page as well, as soon as we receive new products it is published there as well. Follow us on www.facebook.com/bjjfightgear .
